This month Bob Simpkins crossed the finishing line of a successful career as one of the founders and previous Directors of Bridge and Civil.  

Bridge and Civil started in 2010 as a Hunter-based bridge construction business, with more than 100 years of experience between Bob and fellow owners John Burke and Allan Goldman. 

They established themselves as a contractor with a credible track record in the construction industry, completing bridge civil projects in particular in the Rail sector.  

In 2020, the Symal Group welcomed the well-established NSW-based company with recognised technical expertise into its group of companies to broaden delivery capacity and expand reach into NSW. 

We thank Bob for his dedication to managing the day-to-day operations when the strategic partnership first formed and for investing his contracting experience into a business that is recognised to deliver the highest of quality with a cooperative practical approach on complex projects.
